1. Acceptable use

DeckDrop generates social-media images from prompts you provide. You agree not to use the service to produce content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates the policies of the platform you intend to publish to (TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn, X).

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the prompts, captions, and exported images. DeckDrop processes them solely to deliver the service.

3. Image attribution

Background images sourced from Unsplash and Pexels are used under their respective licences. Photographer credit is included in every export ZIP and in the generated caption text — you must keep this credit when publishing.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled from the billing page. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

5. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time from your profile.

6. Liability

DeckDrop is provided “as is” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
